  • The techniques used in the PainXero program are considered safe and are not known to cause any adverse side effects. They are based on commonsense practices of how humans learn and are carefully designed to work alongside your current medical treatment, aiming to improve your overall well-being. However, as with any new practice, it's always a good idea to discuss it with your healthcare provider to ensure this educational platform is suitable for your specific health situation. NEVER STOP YOUR MEDICATIONS PRESCRIBED BY A PHYSICIAN! If you are having little to no pain as a result of the PainXero Platform, then discuss with your physician a strategy to safely lower dosage of your medication or a plan to wean you off the medications. Never attempt to do this on your own. Withdrawal from some prescription medications can be serious and even life-threatening.

We strive to work with insurance companies’, healthcare providers and other entities to help those who need relief from chronic pain. 

  • Hypnosis is a relaxed state of focused attention that bypasses the conscious mind (thinking mind) and allows direct access to the subconscious mind, which regulates many of our body's physiology, especially emotions. It's a natural state that we all experience regularly, such as when we're absorbed in a book, lost in thought, or deeply moved by music or a movie. Self-hypnosis is the practice of deliberately entering this state for specific purposes, like managing pain. It is a safe and well-researched technique that has been proven effective for pain relief. When used for managing pain, self-hypnosis serves as a complementary tool, alongside traditional medical treatments. It is not meant to replace the advice or treatment plan provided by your physician. Therefore, it's important to continue following your healthcare provider's recommendations and to consult with them before making any changes to your therapy based on self-hypnosis practices.

  • Absolutely Not! It is important to continue following your healthcare provider's recommendations. PainXero is designed to supplement, not replace, your medical treatments. It will be up to your physician to determine if your treatment plan can be modified or if they can wean you off of medications.

  • PainXero Thrive, is an online community forum where members can share experiences, offer support, and connect with others along their pain management journey, providing an additional layer of support to your medical care from like-minded individuals. 

  • Yes, the PainXero platform is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, allowing you to stay connected to the community and resources wherever you are.

  • Absolutely! Pain acts as a critical alert system, signaling potential health issues that require a doctor's attention. If you're experiencing new or long-term pain that hasn't been evaluated by a physician, it's essential to seek medical evaluation promptly. Once this is done and you are under the care of a physician, then PainXero might be just what you need in order to find pain relief, drug-free. When you take the EmpowerU Mastering Chronic Pain Course you learn there are 3 types of pain:  Acute Pain, Chronic Pain, and Conditioned Pain. This is an important distinction to know during your journey towards a pain-free life. You will have a full understanding after we go into detail in the course. For now, please remember that PainXero is designed to complement, not replace, the guidance and treatment plan provided by your healthcare provider. Always follow their advice, as they are familiar with your health history.

  • Rapid Relief Monday is an online, guided, experiential, group video conference call, where you retrain your subconscious to rapidly reduce chronic pain. It is an experiential call where you will experience how your subconscious mind can eliminate pain in minutes. They are scheduled every Monday evening through the year, excluding Holidays. 

  • Participants engage in subconscious learning utilizing the best of self-hypnosis, meditative practices, cognitive behavioral techniques, and neuro-associative conditioning in order to rapidly alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. You will be amazed on how relaxed you feel and that the intensity of your pain has decrease significantly and might even resolve.  Each session is approximately 1-hour in length and are meant to build upon prior sessions to provide long-lasting results. 

  • No, it is important to be in a safe and distraction-free environment when participating in these sessions to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the techniques. We suggest you find a comfortable chair, couch, or bed, that supports your legs, back and neck. Remove your glasses, or anything in your mouth like gum just as you would if you were planning to go to bed.  You will be deeply relaxed during the session. 

  • Each session is approximately 60-minutes, providing a dedicated time to focus on pain and stress management techniques that complement your medical care.

Hypnosis is supported by thousands of clinical studies and centuries of documentation. Always remember, hypnosis is meant to complements traditional medical treatments and not to replace your physician's advice or treatment plan. Always follow your healthcare provider's recommendations and consult them before making any changes, based on successes you have while participating in the PainXero Platform of services. 

  • No, hypnosis is not sleep. It is a state of heightened awareness and focus attention to your body. While in hypnosis, you are simply in a very relaxed or in a meditative state, completely aware of your surroundings.

  • Everyone goes in and out of hypnosis frequently throughout the day. Hypnosis is a natural state in all of our lives. PainXero will teach you self-hypnosis so you can tap into this state whenever you would like to, in order to manage anxiety, stress, or pain. With this new skill you will have an effective tool you can use drug-free. 

  • It is not possible to get "stuck" in hypnosis, just like you can’t get “stuck’ when you sleep. You will naturally come out of the hypnosis on your own, similar to waking from sleep. The staff at PainXero will provide detailed instructions on self-hypnosis and you will quickly become an expert at going in and out of hypnosis. 

  • No. This is not recommended, especially while learning hypnosis. Do not use any type of machinery that requires your attention to operate.

  • The effects of hypnosis can vary but are often long-lasting with regular practice, offering a valuable addition to your pain management regimen. It is not uncommon for people to be completely pain free for days, weeks or even months once they learn the techniques. Repetition and practice is the key to your success.

  • Yes, PainXero's techniques are uniquely designed to be effective in a remote format, ensuring you can access pain management support from the comfort of your home. All you need is high-speed WiFi, a computer, tablet or smart phone.

  • Neuro-Associative Conditioning is how we learn and develop behaviors (both positive and negative) through associations that become linked within our neurology. This process, which you’ve been doing your entire life, is closely related to neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections in response to learning, experience, or injury. This creates learned subconscious behaviors that trigger certain physiological responses. PainXero focuses on enhancing positive learned subconscious behaviors to override the negative ones associated with chronic pain. It is a safe and highly effective approach for managing chronic pain, complementing both traditional and alternative medical treatments.

  • We’ve got you covered by providing a PainXero Diary to help you document your journey and monitor changes in your pain levels over time. You’ll be able to write down valuable insights to share with others and also your struggles so you can ask for help to breakthrough pain barriers.  When you take the EmpowerU Mastering Chronic Pain Course you will receive a PainXero Workbook that supports your journey towards a pain-free life.

In short, regular daily practice is recommended to maximize the benefits of PainXero's techniques and support your overall pain management plan. Don’t worry; they are easy, fun and you will incorporate them naturally into you daily life, as easily as brushing your teeth.
